Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Lo2ta, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. We follow clear procedures to ensure that orders are delivered in the best possible condition.

1. Exchange & Return Policy

• Lo2ta inspects all shipments before they are dispatched for delivery to ensure that the products are in good condition and that the order is complete and accurate.
• Lo2ta also allows customers to inspect their shipment before accepting it, to ensure there are no visible defects or obvious issues with the order.
• If a product defect or missing item is discovered after receiving the shipment, the customer must contact us and request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date the shipment was received.
• In case of a defect or missing item, the customer must provide a clear photo showing the issue and the reason for the exchange or return request.
• Photos and exchange or return requests should be submitted by contacting Lo2ta via WhatsApp at +201107934507.
• Lo2ta will cover the shipping costs in cases of a manufacturing defect or a missing item.
• Each exchange or return request will be reviewed based on the condition of the product and the order, in accordance with Lo2ta’s applicable policy and conditions.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is placed, a confirmation message will be sent to the phone number provided with the order.
• Once the customer confirms the order through the confirmation message, the order will proceed to preparation and shipping.
• If the customer requests to cancel the order after confirming it, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the shipping cost will apply.
• If the customer has a refundable amount, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount due to the customer.
• If there is no amount due to the customer from which the cancellation fee can be deducted, the customer is required to pay the cancellation fee via InstaPay to the account associated with 01107934507.
